Where Do You Want To Go?

I have a tiny calendar on my desk at's about 3" x 2" and each day is another picture of Greece. Not just what you expect, but random color photos from around the country... each island. Beautiful blue waters, cafe scenes, the insides of churches, paintings, dolls, boats, ruins, statues, windmills (beautiful!), landscapes, flowers, and art. Just to name a few.

Needless to say, I want to go to Greece. (Thank you, calendar)

And Iceland. I realllllly want to go there, too. I could go into my various reasons, but "puffins" are number one.

So, what about you? Where do YOU want to go? Your dream place?

OH YES, I want to go to Iceland too.
My sister is a field biologist for Nat'l Geographic and was sent to Iceland a number of times and loved it, esp the hot springs in winter. It is a big place with not very many people, you know? My friend Jim, of kate and Jim, told me that when he was in the Navy (1960s to 1980s) he sailed the world and enjoyed eating food everywhere he went, really unusual things. BUT, the one thing that was really disgusting? Hot dogs made of fish parts in Iceland. Stay away from those.
OK LYNDA, me and the missus will join you and Jerry next January in Greece, next June in Iceland.

Australia? China?

I guess if I had to choose ONE place, I'd say the Meditteranean. All of it, or at least all of the countries ajacent to it (is that cheating?). I love history, and I want to see more of it!
