Bethany

That's the name of the town in which I am spending the night - Bethany, OK. So far, I have only seen the inside of the Holiday Inn Express, but it's very nice, very new, and very clean - all a big plus in my book!

Tomorrow, I train some new auditors. That's always big fun, too.

Ah, I haven't traveled overnight in a while. I used to be on the road 4 out of 5 days. Since adopting our daughter, I have hardly traveled at all, but there are exceptions and this is one. Next week, Atlanta.

I am still holding out for Alaska before it gets too icy for me to drive. Of course, ANY ice would be too much for a Houstonian - we get snow once every 15 years or so.

Alrighty, I am off to find dinner.

Oh my! Your husband and daughter and cute little dogs must miss you so!
But then again, you can watch Comedy Central all evening long....

I like to "get away" for a couple of days every once in a while. My family, of course, doesn't understand why I enjoy the uninterrupted TV, the peace and quiet, and the luxury of sleeping without someone always stealing the covers! And, there's the matter of snoring...

Oh, a night away from home? I haven't done that in awhile. Are you gonna take Gary's suggestion and watch Comedy Central all night? Sounds like a possible plan...

I strongly suggest Alaska, it is a beautiful place for any reason, even business.

You probably went to biker bar for barbecue and to play pool with the natives. Did you win much?
